Best Western Plus Astana Hotel

First of all - location is brilliant. Bayterek monument is just in one block, and Nurzhol bulevard, too. A lot of restaurants, caffees and trade centers here. Starting from normal and up to exclusive shopping. 2,5 kms to Astana Opera, Botanic Garden, Central Park and Khan Shatyr area. Breakfast, pesonnel, services were awesome!

Great location, comfortable spacious rooms, especially premium rooms with king-size beds. Friends in the double rooms with 2 twin beds had much less space. Hotel can call a taxi, as they are difficult to impossible to flag down on the street. Even better, download the YANDEX GO app, which works like Uber.

Comfortable room. Staff on front desk were friendly and helped us book a trip to Alzhir with an English speaking taxi driver who was really friendly. Location is good if you want to be near the modern part of town.

We have gone for one of the premium rooms and it was very nice and large room, with a view of the government buildings. Excellent central location. Most of the modern Astana attractions are within walking distance. A few nice cafes and restaurants just around the corner. A bank branch next door is handy for cash withdrawals for changing currency. Staff were friendly and very helpful with arranging transfers to and from the airport.

The hotel is very well located making for easy walking of the promenades and sights. Lots of cafes and resataurants nearby. The breakfasts were good with a wide selection. Staff were very attentive when you could get their attention.
